Requirements

 Creating BoQ for new Project – more than one project

 RAB civil&plumping related: Prepare Direct Cost ( material, labor, equipment,
tools & consumable ) & Indirect cost ( Project management, Temporary facility,
 Willing to supervise Civil Works on free time
