LECHE FLAN

4 big egg yolk( i used duck egg)


apc ( i only used half of 250ml)
4 stick equal gold ( it depends on ur taste)
grated cheese (optional)

just mix all the ingredients...paka mix ng maige para mag smooth ung texture nia then
transfer it into molder or anything na meron kau...aqoh kc i used mangkok na
stainless ilagay sa ibabaw ung grated cheese steam in 30 minutes.. after 30minutes
pede na xa for eating😋😋😋 yummy...

CHAMPORADO

Ingredients
 3 TBSP Chia seeds
 1 & 1/2 cup water
 1/2 Unsweetened Almond milk
 2 TBSP keto sweetener (add more if you want it sweeter)
 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream OR coconut milk
 2 TBSP unsweetened cocoa powder (OR 3 tableya if you have it)
Instructions
1. Boil 1 & 1/2 cup water, 3 TBSP Chia seeds and 2 TBSP keto sweetener
for 7 minutes over medium-high. Stir frequently.
2. Add 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk and cook for another 5
minutes over medium-high heat. Stir frequently.
3. Mix 2 TBSP cocoa powder and 1/4 heavy whipping cream OR 1/4 cup
canned coconut milk. Mix until dissolved. Pour it to the pan and mix well.
Cook for another 3 minutes over medium-high heat.
4. Remove from heat. Serve warm or cold. Enjoy!

KETO MILK + TEA with CHIA SEEDS.

Chia Hazel Nuts Pudding

1. 2- TBSP Chia Seeds (soak with Almond milk overnight)


2. 100ml- UNSWEETENED Almond milk (or you can use coconut cream or coconut
milk)
3. 1 stick Stevia (80grams)
4. 2 TBSP All Purpose Cream
5. Hazel Nuts ¼ cup

MACROS: Carbs: 3.67 grams Protein: 7.37 grams Fat: 15.6 grams Cup

Chia Chocolate Pudding


1. 2- TBSP Chia Seeds ( soak with Almond milk overnight)
2. 100ml- Pacific UNSWEETENED Almond milk (or you can use coconut cream or

5. 10 grams (90%) chocolate (Brand: Lindt)
6. Half tsp 100% cocoa powder (unsweetened)

Chia Mulberry Pudding


1. 2- TBSP Chia Seeds ( soak with Almond milk overnight)
2. 100ml- Pacific UNSWEETENED Almond milk (or you can use coconut cream or
coconut milk)
3. 1 stick Stevia (80grams)
4. 2 TBSP All Purpose Cream
5. 20 grams Frozen mulberries
MACROS: Carbs: 4.53 grams Protein: 7.33 grams Fat: 12.31 grams Cup

Chia Avocado Pudding


1. 2- TBSP Chia Seeds ( soak with Almond milk overnight)
2. 100ml- Pacific UNSWEETENED Almond milk (or you can use coconut cream or
coconut milk)
3. 1 stick Stevia (80grams)
4. 2 TBSP All Purpose Cream 5. Half Avocado (Around 50-68 grams)
MACROS: Carbs: 3.23 grams Protein: 7.53 grams Fat: 19.7 grams

PANCAKE

1 tbsp coconut flour,


1/2 sachet stevia,
1/4 cup almond milk,
1 tspn baking powder,
1 egg,
butter.

Mix all the ingredients, cook the way an ordinary pancake is cooked. Top with butter.

Steamed Chocolate Moist Cake


CHOCOLATE CAKE
✔️1 1/2 cup coconut flour
✔️1/2 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
✔️1 tsp. baking powder
✔️1/2 tsp baking soda
✔️1/2 tsp salt
✔️1 cup sugar
✔️1 pc egg (large)
✔️1/3 cup olive/coconut oil
✔️3/4 cup almond milk
✔️1 tsp. vanilla extract
✔️1 tsp. instant coffee
✔️1/2 cup hot water
PROCEDURE
1. Sift all purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add
sugar, Mix well.
2. Then add oil, vanilla extract, egg and milk. Mix well. Dissolve coffee powder in hot
water. Then pour to the cake mixture while stirring. Mix well until smooth.
3. Pour the batter to the baking pan lined with baking paper. I used 9-inch pan. Cover
with foil. Steam for 40 to 45 minutes in medium-low heat.
4. After 45 minutes, do toothpick test. If it comes out clean, it's ready. Remove from
heat and remove foil. Remove from pan and let it cool completely.
FOR CHOCOLATE FROSTING
✔️1/2 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened) Use dutch-processed cocoa
✔️1 cup milk (fresh or evaporated milk)
✔️3 tsp. all purpose flour (or cornstarch) for thicker frosting
✔️1/2 cup sugar
✔️1 tbsp. butter
✔️1 tsp, vanilla extract
PROCEDURE
1. In a pot, combine milk, cocoa, flour and sugar. Dissolve all powder. Cook in low heat
until thick (around 5 to 8 minutes).
2. Once thickened, turn off fire and add butter and vanilla extract. Stir to melt butter
completely. Set aside and let it cool. The frosting becomes thicker when cooled down.
(Frost your cake however you like)

PORK ADOBO

Keto ADOBO Using Coconut Aminos

Ingredients
• 500g menudo cut pork (you can use pork ribs or pork belly)
• 4 cloves garlic minced or crushed
• 3 pieces dried bay leaves
• 3 tablespoons vinegar
• 1/4 cup Coconut Aminos
• ½ tsp grind black pepper or 1 tsp peppercorn
• 1 cup water
• Salt/ Fish Sauce to taste
• 2 Red hot chilli ( optional, only if you want it spicy)

Scotch Eggs Recipe 🥚 😉


Ingredients:
* 7 eggs
* 500g mince beef
* 1/2 cup almond flour or coconut flour (I used almond flour kc ubos na coconut flour)
* 1 small onion chopped (optional)
* 1 teaspoon iodised or Himalayan salt
* 1/2 teaspoon black ground pepper
* 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
* coconut oil for frying
PROK BURGER PATTIES

1/2 kilo pork giniling


1/2 onion chopped
1 tomatoes
1 tsp coco aminos
2 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
Saute onion and tomatoes

Then add to the pork giniling and mix well together with eggs and coco aminos then mold into potties.
Then fry using coconut oil. Konti lng lagay kasi lalabas ang mantika ng giniling.

Buns
2 tbps almond flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tbps melted butter
1 egg
Mix well and put in a circle mold.
Pwede steam for 15 mins or microwave for 5mins.
Ako ng steam pang wala ako microwave e.
Tapos after steam. Slice into two. Saka toast pra mejo maging tinapay tlga. Yan po ay pra sa isang buns
lang. If gusto nio madami buns just do the same thing and add lng ng ingredients.

Procedure:
Boiled the 6 eggs (soft boiled). Put the mince beef sa bowl, add the chopped onion, salt, pepper & garlic
powder, paghaluin mabuti, then add 1 egg, again mix it thoroughly.
Peel the 6 eggs, rolled it with almond flour (pra madali dumikit ang beef sa eggs). Then wrap the eggs with
mince beef, roll it sa almond flour pra my breading. Keep it in the fridge for 30 minutes, pra mag set ung
almond flour sa beef... Fry it with coconut oil for 20 mins (10mins each side) medium heat only pra d agad
masunog.

CHEESECAKE

Ingredients ng crust
✅2 Cups Almond Flour
✅1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter
✅3 Tbsp Equal Gold
✅1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
☑️Painitin ang pan, lagay ang butter, Almond flour, Equal Gold and Vanilla, haluin in a medium heat, gang
maging brown (about 10 mins)
☑️ Ilagay sa Springform Pan (8" to 9") ang crust ingredients, i flat gamit ang kutsara or any flatsurface
object.
☑️ Palamigin sa ref about 1 hour
✅Ingredients ng Cheesecake filling
✅ APC 200ml
✅ 200 to 250g Cream Cheese
✅ 8 Tbsp Equal gold
✅ 1 Sachet of Knox Gelatin (unflavored) tunawin sa malamig na tubig

✅100ml. Boiling Water


✅1 Tsp Lemon Juice
✅1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
☑️ ilagay ang APC sa isang bowl, sunod ang Cream cheese, Equal Gold, Lemon Juice, vanilla extract at
ang tinunaw na Knox Gelatin, haluin maigi (mas maganda kung may handmixer, saka isunod ang 100ml
Boiling water, haluin uli.
☑️Dagdagan pa ang mga ingredients depende sa panlasa
☑️saka ilagay sa ibabaw ng pinalamig na crust
☑️Ibalik sa ref mga 2 to 3 hours or hanggang firm na ang cheesecake

KETO CHAMPORADO

Ingredients:

3 tbsp Chia seeds


2 tbsp Unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup Almond or coconut milk
4 sticks equal gold
3 cups water
Procedure:
1. Boil 3 cups water, 3 tbsp Chia seeds and 4 sticks equal gold for 7 minutes over medium-high. Stir
frequently.
2. Mix 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder and 1/4 cup coconut milk. Mix until dissolved. Pour it to the pan
and mix well. Cook for another 3 minutes over medium-high heat.
3. Remove from heat. Serve warm with tuyo

COFFEE JELLY

ingredients:

knox gelatin 1 pack


2 teaspoon full black coffee
1 pack all purpose cream
5 sticks of equal gold...

STIR FRY CHICKEN with cabbage

✅Igisa ang manok till golden brown sa sariling taba or gamit ka ng coconut oil.
✅Ilagay ang bawang at sibuyas at cabbage at intayin maluto or half cook ang cabagge para
crunchy
✅Timpalahan ng asin, bayleaf, coco aminos at paminta. Dahon ng sibuyas panggarnish. Tada!

INGREDIENTS
 5 oz unsalted butter, cubed, plus 1/2 tablespoon for pan
 2 oz dark chocolate, 70% cocoa, broken into pieces
 3 large eggs, whisked until light and frothy
 1 ½ teaspoon stevia glycerite (equals 1/2 cup sugar)
 1/2 cup blanched almond flour
 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, preferably Dutch processed
 ¼ teaspoon kosher salt, or a pinch of fine salt
 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, gluten free if needed

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Butter a square 8-inch glass (not
metal) baking dish.
2. In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and chocolate in 30-
second increments, stirring after each microwave session. Microwave
just until almost melted. Chocolate burns easily.
3. Allow the mixture to slightly cool, then whisk in the eggs and stevia.
4. Whisk in the almond flour and the cocoa powder. Finally, mix in the
salt and the baking powder. Mix until the batter is very smooth.
5. Using a rubber spatula, transfer the mixture to the prepared baking
dish, spreading it evenly. Smooth the top out with the spatula.
6. Bake until just set, 15-20 minutes. A toothpick inserted in center
should come out not completely wet, but with a few moist crumbs.
Start checking after 15 minutes.
7. Cool completely, in pan on a wire rack, about 1 hour. Then cut into
16 squares and serve.
