transfer it into molder or anything na meron kau...aqoh kc i used mangkok na
stainless ilagay sa ibabaw ung grated cheese steam in 30 minutes.. after 30minutes
pede na xa for eating😋😋😋 yummy...
CHAMPORADO
Ingredients
3 TBSP Chia seeds
1 & 1/2 cup water
1/2 Unsweetened Almond milk
2 TBSP keto sweetener (add more if you want it sweeter)
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream OR coconut milk
2 TBSP unsweetened cocoa powder (OR 3 tableya if you have it)
Instructions
1. Boil 1 & 1/2 cup water, 3 TBSP Chia seeds and 2 TBSP keto sweetener
for 7 minutes over medium-high. Stir frequently.
2. Add 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk and cook for another 5
minutes over medium-high heat. Stir frequently.
3. Mix 2 TBSP cocoa powder and 1/4 heavy whipping cream OR 1/4 cup
canned coconut milk. Mix until dissolved. Pour it to the pan and mix well.
Cook for another 3 minutes over medium-high heat.
4. Remove from heat. Serve warm or cold. Enjoy!

PANCAKE
Mix all the ingredients, cook the way an ordinary pancake is cooked. Top with butter.
MAIN DISH
PORK ADOBO
Ingredients
• 500g menudo cut pork (you can use pork ribs or pork belly)
• 4 cloves garlic minced or crushed
• 3 pieces dried bay leaves
• 3 tablespoons vinegar
• 1/4 cup Coconut Aminos
• ½ tsp grind black pepper or 1 tsp peppercorn
• 1 cup water
• Salt/ Fish Sauce to taste
• 2 Red hot chilli ( optional, only if you want it spicy)
Then add to the pork giniling and mix well together with eggs and coco aminos then mold into potties.
Then fry using coconut oil. Konti lng lagay kasi lalabas ang mantika ng giniling.
Buns
2 tbps almond flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tbps melted butter
1 egg
Mix well and put in a circle mold.
Pwede steam for 15 mins or microwave for 5mins.
Ako ng steam pang wala ako microwave e.
Tapos after steam. Slice into two. Saka toast pra mejo maging tinapay tlga. Yan po ay pra sa isang buns
lang. If gusto nio madami buns just do the same thing and add lng ng ingredients.
Procedure:
Boiled the 6 eggs (soft boiled). Put the mince beef sa bowl, add the chopped onion, salt, pepper & garlic
powder, paghaluin mabuti, then add 1 egg, again mix it thoroughly.
Peel the 6 eggs, rolled it with almond flour (pra madali dumikit ang beef sa eggs). Then wrap the eggs with
mince beef, roll it sa almond flour pra my breading. Keep it in the fridge for 30 minutes, pra mag set ung
almond flour sa beef... Fry it with coconut oil for 20 mins (10mins each side) medium heat only pra d agad
masunog.

Ingredients ng crust
✅2 Cups Almond Flour
✅1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter
✅3 Tbsp Equal Gold
✅1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
☑️Painitin ang pan, lagay ang butter, Almond flour, Equal Gold and Vanilla, haluin in a medium heat, gang
maging brown (about 10 mins)
☑️ Ilagay sa Springform Pan (8" to 9") ang crust ingredients, i flat gamit ang kutsara or any flatsurface
object.
☑️ Palamigin sa ref about 1 hour
✅Ingredients ng Cheesecake filling
✅ APC 200ml
✅ 200 to 250g Cream Cheese
✅ 8 Tbsp Equal gold
✅ 1 Sachet of Knox Gelatin (unflavored) tunawin sa malamig na tubig

INGREDIENTS
5 oz unsalted butter, cubed, plus 1/2 tablespoon for pan
2 oz dark chocolate, 70% cocoa, broken into pieces
3 large eggs, whisked until light and frothy
1 ½ teaspoon stevia glycerite (equals 1/2 cup sugar)
1/2 cup blanched almond flour
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, preferably Dutch processed
¼ teaspoon kosher salt, or a pinch of fine salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder, gluten free if needed
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Butter a square 8-inch glass (not
metal) baking dish.
2. In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and chocolate in 30-
second increments, stirring after each microwave session. Microwave
just until almost melted. Chocolate burns easily.
3. Allow the mixture to slightly cool, then whisk in the eggs and stevia.
4. Whisk in the almond flour and the cocoa powder. Finally, mix in the
salt and the baking powder. Mix until the batter is very smooth.
5. Using a rubber spatula, transfer the mixture to the prepared baking
dish, spreading it evenly. Smooth the top out with the spatula.
6. Bake until just set, 15-20 minutes. A toothpick inserted in center
should come out not completely wet, but with a few moist crumbs.
Start checking after 15 minutes.
7. Cool completely, in pan on a wire rack, about 1 hour. Then cut into
16 squares and serve.
