Issue:
The main issue in this question is Kashmir Issue and indus water treaty.In the war of 1971 Pakistan
suffered the most over the India. Azad Kashmir became the part of Pakistan and jammu kashmir
comes in the India here Indian are ruling and not giving the rights of Kashmiri people. There is
unequal gain in the conflict. And there is no ither third party to resolve this conflict between them.
The second issue is that water problem India was not giving water to the Pakistan then a resolution
pssed my world bank whick is called indua water treaty in which both of countries will get water. But
India didn’t gives water when they need they stop the water and when the floods come they open
the water to ruin the Pakistan.

Conclusion:
The conclusion is that as we know there is no other third party only Pakistan and india are here in
this conflict if they want to settle this dispute they have to equally decide the issues which they both
are facing as we know it’s a big matter not easy to solve but if they do it ethically they can solve it
they have to became positive and think about it and worked on it positively to reduce this conflict
they have to established a big good leadership team which lead them or protect them and have to
be enough strong so they should also add 3 rd party to resolve this issue if they want because they will
face interactions in future in so many things by doing this both countries will suffer equally and
have equal gain and loss.
