This morning , In the cempaka ward of the Permata Hospital, a night shift nurse will be
operated to the morning shift nurse. The night shift nurse is played by Risa while the morning
shift nurse is played by sinta. With a total of 3 patient .Nurse shifts in the morning gather at
the nurse station to carry out operands at 07.00 WIB.

Risa : Assalamualaikum , good morning here I will present the state of the patient for today .

1. Mr. lutfi (22) with a diagnosis of CKS Post craniotomy H1,the treatment of fluids
given RL 30 tpm, R5 30 tpm .
2. Mr.dipta (26) with a diagnosis of Dm type II etc. medical therapy.

Follow up to the next dressing band for Mr. Dipta ,and Mr. Lutfi gave actions such as
medical therapy given by doctors.

Sinta : Based on the Ns. Risa conveyed that this morning there were 2 patients with diagnoses
of CKS and type 2 DM . Nursing actions would be perfomed for morning nurse.

(After all the nurse did hand over assignments at the nurse station,Ns. Risa led all nurses to
go around to each patient.)

Risa : good morning Mr. Lutfi . Are there any complaints?

Mr.lutfi : My head hurts so much nurse.

Risa : yes, Mr. I’ll give you medicine later to reduce your pain.

Sinta : Mr. dipta your complaint this morning ?

Mr. Dipta : My legs hurt and the smell is less pleasant , so it feels less comfortable in the
room.

Sinta : yes Mr,I will open the wound later,then I will replace the dressing so that the father
feels more comfortable.

(After making a pass and checking the patient’s condition.The nurse returns to the nursing
room.

Risa : well then I’II say goodbye to sus.Goodbye for this morning.

Sinta : yes sus, thank you. Be careful on the way.
