Miranda v.

Arizona

I agree with the majority in that it was completely unfair for the police officers to

not advise Miranda of his rights while he was arrested and ESPECIALLY before he wrote

his confession. I believe that this is better for the suspects because they literally don’t

have to say a single word while arrested and they literally get any attorney they please

while arrested. This is important because without an attorney present they could say some

really incriminating.
