Eat Something Different

If you’re feeling like the meals you’re eating are the same old, same old, don’t bother
to change your food – just eat it differently.

The normal way of eating popcorn is one kernel at a time with your hand but I will try
eating popcorn with a chopstick for a different experience.Consuming foods in a
unconventional way – like eating popcorn with chopsticks renewed my enjoyment of
them by helping me re-engage and remember what I liked about them in the first
place.

The more we consume of something, the less we enjoy it, but by switching up the way
I ate popcorn kept things feeling fresh and exciting. I paid more attention and was
more immersed in the experience. It’s like eating popcorn for the first time.
