HOW DOES SOCIAL MEDIA IMPACT YOUR EVERYDAY LIFE? HOW MUCH TIME DO
YOU FIND YOURSELF SPENDING ON SOCIAL MEDIA?

Social media impacts my everyday life in a positive and negative way since there are a lot of
controversial ideas publicized. It does help keep me updated on a lot of news in the world
but has also showed me and advertised various bad ideas. I find myself on social media for a
good bit of time, I am mainly watching history and science videos on YouTube and try to stay
off of Instagram, snapchat, etc.

DESCRIBE THE EMPLOYABILITY AREA IN WHICH YOU THINK SOCIAL MEDIA HAS
THE MOST IMPACT EITHER POSITIVE OR NEGATIVE (examples are: communication,
productivity, character, time management, initiative, self-management, punctuality,
attitude, respect of others, or responsibility):

I believe my job has publicized a lot of good for their community, I will not talk down on my
job, but I feel like they do like to post things that are incorrect. Then again this does save a
business a lot of money and help with reputation. They do have a lot of time to post pictures
and when they do it shows how happy the residents living there are so it is a very positive
thing for my job to be on social media.

EXPLAIN HOW YOU PLAN TO USE SOCIAL MEDIA TO CREATE A MORE

PROFESSIONAL IMPAGE FOR YOURSELF IN THE FUTURE:

Well, I do see myself in the future creating my own business so social media will be very
helpful as well as more open and a lot more people will be on social media. As if there isn’t
already enough people on the internet, I will have my business be an attraction of the
internet so more people will follow and help bring up the business.
