I am directed by the Competent Authority to convey the information to all

Departments (Academic & Non-Academic). So that, we can comply with the
Government instructions on Austerity Measures for Financial Year 2019-20 issued
by Finance Division vide letter No. 7(1)Exp. IV/2016-812, on August 21, 2019 in
true letter and spirit as conveyed by HEC, Islamabad and Ministry of Commerce &
Textile (Textile Division) vide letter No. F.P.I-34/HEC/2019-20/334, on August 29,
2019 respectively and in the wake of present energy crisis in the country that;
“In-charge, Electrical Workshop is directed to switch off all Air
Conditions of the University excluding ISO Labs from October 7, 2019 till the
arrival of next Summer or further orders.”
