Thanks you for your participation participating in the assessment of the following instructions on
how to change a your car’s oil. All responses will be recorded using pen and paper. These results
will be gathered and analyzed for further improvement of the instructions.

Test Procedure
The instructions given should assist you in properly changing a your car’s oil.
Please use the instructions to perform the following:

1. Gather the materials and tools needed for oil replacement

2. Complete the physical oil change

3. Dispose of old oil and parts in the correct manner

The instructions are in the process of being improved so keep in mind that there may be errors or
points of uncertainty. These are the spots to look out for and need editing to help improve the
process. Please remember that though your completion is encouraged, it is not required. If there
