2. The contract value will be re-measurable (if the quantity increases the value

3. 20% advance with purchase order, 30% payment on 50% work completion.
Balance 50% completion of work after submitting final bill in 2 to 3 days.
4. Scaffolding, Water and power supply to be provided by your scope.
5. Our quality sheet will be signed both of us every day. (The quality of work has
to ensure from your engineer or Supervisor on daily basis) rework, correction
of work will be added in additional sqft.
6. All the Material, Screws, anchors, whatever supporting material provided by
your scope.
7. Our part of work is to execute the work as per your drawing/plan
