If the university authority wants to develop a radio station based online for their students. They should
follow six steps to develop system requirement definition:

Step 1: Develop Requirements.

The first stage is the collection, analysis and development of the operational concept (CONOPS), needs,
goals and other external requirements of the parties involved. The requirements are prioritized, conflicted
and validated with the stakeholders once the requirements are documented.

Step 2: Write and Document Requirements.

The second step is focused on the documentation of functional and performance requirements; initial
capacity document, capability development document, and capability manufacturing document. In order
to establish a basic requirement to start building a system and manage any amendments, requirements
must be documented. Capacity development tracking and administration for DOD programs can develop
requirements.

Step 3: Check Completeness.

The third step is to verify that all system functions needed to meet stakeholder needs with their related
efficiency, environment, and other non-functional requirements have been developed and documented in
a comprehensive set of requirements. Tracing requirements is a key motivator.

Step 4: Analyze, Refine, and Decompose Requirements

Analysis of requirements is the first important step in the system process. This step examines every
requirement in order to see whether it meets the features of a good requirement. All requirements are then
breaked down into a better set of requirements, this process that continues to define and assess all
requirements, expects to produce newly derived requirements.

Step 5: Validate Requirements.

Each requirement needs to be verified and validated in step 5 to ensure that those requirements are
correct. This ensures that the requirements fulfil the overall aim and requirements of the system

Step 6: Manage Requirements.

Step six has accepted the requirements. All modifications to the requirements are controlled through the
process of configuration management
