Receptionist : “Good morning, Millenium Hotel, how may I help you?”

Guest : “Good morning, I want book a room.”
Receptionist : “Okay, hold on please and I will put you through to Advance
Reservation”
Advance Reservation : ”Advance Reservation, good morning, how may I help you?”
Guest : “I want to book a room.”
Advance Reservation : “When would you like to stay with us?”
Guest : “Around the end of this/the year.”
Advance Reservation : “All right Madam. We have 3 types of room, standard, deluxe,
and suite. The price of the standard room is $145.00 per night,
deluxe room is $165.00 per night,
and the suite is $ 250.00 per night. Which type of room would you
like to
book?”
Guest : “I want to book a deluxe room for me and my wife.”
Advance Reservation : “Please wait a moment. I will check if the deluxe room is still
available for the end of the year.”

Advance Reservation : “All right Madam, we still have deluxe room available for the end
of the year. May we know your arrival and
departure date?”
Guest : “I will arrive on 27th December and depart on January 03rd.”
Advance Reservation : “All right Madam, I will make a room reservation for you. Could
I have/know your name please?”
Guest : “Mrs. Asria Ulfah.”
Advance Reservation : “Could you spell it for me please?”
Guest : “A-S-R-I-A U-L-F-A-H”
Advance Reservation : “All right Mrs. Asria Ulfah, I have made a room reservation for
you. You will check in on December 27 and check out
on January 03, total 7(seven) nights. I will send the confirmation
by fax. Could I have your fax number?”
Guest : “I am sorry I don’t have fax.”
Advance Reservation : “How about email?”
Guest : “Yes, this is my email address : asriaulfah@yahoo.com”
Advance Reservation : “Thank you. I will send the confirmation by email.”
Guest : “Thank you.”
