PROMOTER AGREEMENT

Aleksandra Potaikina, born 17.04.1990, passport PU 181703, domiciled 1, 29 building 4,

Leningradskiy avenue, Moscow, Russia, owner of the brand ALEXANDRA M, or associated with the
name company, hereinafter called Customer
AND
Tatiana Andreeva, born 17.05.1987, passport 75 3571863, domiciled Marriott Harbour Dubai, or
associated with the name company, hereinafter called Promoter

Recital:

a) Customer is a person operating in the field of creation and production of apparel and other prêt-à-porter
articles.

b) Customer is an Owner, has an exclusive right to render the right of production and distribution of
ALEXANDRA M clothing (hereinafter called “Brand”). Customer and the Promoter, after conducting
negotiations, both agree that an accordance has been reached, to whom this Promoter Agreement refers.
c) Promoter is interested in promoting the sales of ALEXANDRA M apparel articles.

Accordingly, above said, considering the recital as an integral part of the present Agreement
IT’S BEFITTED AND AGREED AS FOLLOWS:

1. Customer confers to Promoter, that accepts, the authorization under nonexclusive terms, to promote the
sale of ALEXANDRA M clothing among the customers based in United Arab Emirates; all customers have to
be previously authorized by Customer.
2. The Promoter declares to be aware that orders confirmations have to be approved by Customer;
consequently, the Promoter accepts the agreement’s hazard and declares to have nothing to claim in the case
that orders confirmations would be rejected by Customer;
The Promoter will receive a remuneration corresponding to the 8% (eight percent) of the net value invoiced
from the successfully concluded businesses; this remuneration will be payed after the client’s payment, on
30 days from the date of invoice.
3. This agreement is valid for the FW 21 season and will be automatically renewed.
4. The Court in charge for any disputes will be the Court in UAE.
5. The parties declare to be authorized to sign this agreement.
