The stakeholder which are women and when they are harrased the universal moral
standards are violated which are personal , social and legal. As it is a crime to touch anyone
without their permission as first as it voikated the law of human rights. The possibiklty of
serious harm is there as touching or looking or making ocmmnets on anyone without their
consent and will evnetually provide them harm mentally and physically. Yes it does voilate
universal moral standards such as trustworthuness , care , respect , responsibility , and
citizenship. As the women who are as a living soul as everyone and are essential for this
earth. Facing abuse in any sort for women is illegal and should be punishbale by law.3.

There is always losses in both the terms either short term or long term as it is hard for a
women who is in such a workplace envuronemtn to continue thus leaves that position
which can impact the company as a whole. The short term would be that they would leave
their jobs , home , educational insituates , firms , government jobs etc. which would lead to
a negative impact in a long term. As leaving the any organisation due to women
harassment would lead to one thing that is financial loss as a negtive image of that
organusation would be made and thus can cause failure is future. Long term effect can be
that as firms and organisations will be eventually be a target as if anyone reports them or
make them identify that these firms have some history os women harassment thus would
make it a huge blow for them negativekey as no one would want to work their or most
likely to invest their as in international companies sees goodwill rather their efficiency if
their name is not the worth why would they invest. Such allegations can lead to less job
employment and less

productivity and utilmalatley less performance making all in whole that they would face
net losses all around.
