Refueling:
-Make sure you have the correct car and PED
-Drive to the gate they are located 50 mph minimum
-When you get to the Aircraft ask them if they have their engines off /me grabs
hose /me plugs hose /me ETA 45s /me fuel 25% 50% 75% 100% /me refeuling
completed /me unplugs hose
-After Drive the refuel truck under the LEFT wing
-Type in chat /me starts refueling eta 30 seconds or you can by 25% etc
-Ask them if they require any other services if they do then do them. But if they
dont require any other services say they following, “Copy that contact [Airport]
TWR [The Frequency]”

Passenger Boarding/Deboarding:
-Make sure you have the correct car and PED
-Drive to the gate they are located 50 mph minimum
-When you get to the Aircraft ask them if they have their engines off and to open
the left front door /me starts passenger boarding eta 45 /me passangers 25% 50% 75%
100% /me boarding completed
-After, the person driving the stair truck will type in chat “/me starts passenger
boarding or deboarding eta 30 seconds” while the bus driver opens all the doors.
-Ask them if they require any other services if they do then do them. But if they
dont require any other services say they following, “Copy that contact [Airport]
TWR [The Frequency]”

Cargo Loading:
-Make sure you have the correct car and PED
-Drive to the gate they are located 50 mph minimum
-When you get to the Aircraft ask them if they have their engines off and to open

-After, You will type “/me starts cargo loading 1/3 2/3 3/3” /me cargo 1/3 2/3

Catering:

-After, you type “/me starts catering 1/3 2/3 3/3” /me catering loading started
eta 40s /me cataring 1/3 2/3 3/3 /me catering completed
-Ask them if they require any other services if they do then do them. But if they
dont require any other services say they following, “Copy that contact [Airport]
TWR [The Frequency]”

Maintenance:
-Make sure you have the correct car and PED
-Drive to the gate they are located 50 mph minimum
-Let the stair truck line up with the door and park the Electric Van /me
(electricity) started ETA 45s. 25% 50% 75% 100%
-Ask them “Whats the problem” they would explain
-After type in chat “Starts to fix [What the pilot said was wrong] eta 30 seconds”

Tow Truck:
-An officer should contact you via Ground Services Frequency about a car or if you
see an abandoned car
-Make sure you have the correct car and PED
-Drive to the location they are located 50 mph minimum
-Drive in front of the car, then drive the car on top of the Flatbed Tow Truck
-After type in chat /me attaches the car to the tow truck.
-Then drive to 10008 Hertz Parking lot

Aircraft Inspection:
-Make sure you have the correct car and PED
-Drive to the gate they are located 50 mph minimum looking good
-Have a flashlight in your inventory
-Flash the light into the engines and make sure theres no damage /me aircraft
inspection started ETA 1min. /me aircraft inspection completed
-Then check the tire pressure
-Check Flaps after
-If everything looks fine Ask them if they require any other services if they do
then do them. But if they dont require any other services say they following,
“Copy that contact [Airport] TWR [The Frequency]”
-But if there's damage get the Maintenance car and fix the damage

Roaming Service 1
-Make sure to have the correct PED and car
-Basically act like you are picking up trash from the Hangars on Taxiway Bravo. You
can use the Emote menu (F3) to make it look more realistic.
-When you think you picked up enough trash drive to postal 9016
-When you arrived, at the location say following command in the Chat: /me Starts
unloading garbage 50% then 100%

Runway Inspection:
Make sure to have the correct PED and car
Ask the local TWR if you can do a runway inspection
If they say no say “copy that” and return back to base
You can only do a runway inspection each 20 mins
If they say yes go on the runway say “/me starts runway insptection on [03R] eta 2
mins”
When driving on the runway you can say stuff like “/me picks up dead bird” its
complete up to you /me picks up plastic bag /me picks up plastic bottle /me repairs
light

Follow Me Service:
-Make sure to have the correct PED and car
-When somebody is requesting FollowMe Services, drive to the Gate the Plane is
standing at.
-When they finished their pushback drive in front of them. However please maintain
a safe distance where the Pilot can see you and where you are safe.
-From now on the Your Callsign will be [Callsign] with Company.
-Contact ATC and request the clearances for the Aircraft behind you.
-You need to be able to know where Holding Points and Taxiways are. We would
suggest using the /charts command.
-Your Job is done when the Aircraft is holding short of their takeoff runway. Tell
them “[callsign] FollowMe Services finished, have a good Flight”
-You are now able to return to the GC Base
