    Certificate of M/tug Foscon Bridge. Given the impact of the Coronavirus and the restrictions imposed by
    the government, we have encountered unprecedented operational hurdles to pursue the drydocking
    schedule this month.

    We would appreciate anything that can be done to process this application in the least amount of time
