ANY OTHER DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED WITH TEST REPORT

Related experience documents, valid accreditation certificates, valid membership

certificates of International Federation of Inspection Agency (IFIA) and company profile
shall be submitted with the test report. In the documents address of the agency office
(agency office performing inspection) must be mentioned.

TEST REPORT ACCEPTANCE BY

arrange any revision on test report to comply with requirement and extend full
support for acceptance of test reports

VIDEO & STILL PHOTOGRAPHS

Video and/or still photographs of inspection to be arranged supporting the test

reports. Also the dimensions and values which would be mentioned in the test report
should be clearly visible during video or still photographs to be enclosed with the test
reports.
