x SR, t vy “We gourmet gulf Employment Agreement ‘This agreement is made on March 3, 2020 BETWEEN Mr, Andre De Almeida Laciano AND Hereinafter referred to asthe “Employee” Gourmet Gulf Ca, LLC 15028 Business Central Towers Dubai Media City, P.O, Box 123022, Dubai, U.A., Hercinafter referred to asthe “Company” With reference to your recent interviews and subsequent discussion, This letter is considered your Contract of Employment and the following are the terms and conditions of your employment This letter entirely supersedes and replaces any prior understandings or agreements between us (either written or verbal) regarding your employment with the company Particular terms and conditions: ‘Your designation willbe Carver. The scheduling of the vacation must be approved in advance nel will follow the company leave policy. The company policy does not allow carry lover and therefore all your leave balance must be consumed on preplanned die dates. Nor-compliance with such policy would be solely subject to management's discretion, ‘You will be entitled to a roundtrip economy class ticket to your country (Brazil) every 2 years of service as per the Company Policy, The official working hours are 9 hours per day plus 1 hour break. 6 days a week to be arranged with the Manager based on operations shifts requirements. Probation period You will be employed under probation fora period of six (6) months the “Probation Perio”) as provide by the UAE Law, during which time either party has the right to terminate the employment agreement without cause and without any advance notice or compensation by way of w 2. Notice period & termination ‘+ Thisagroement may be terminated by the company or by yourself upon giving I month notice in writing, after completion of your probationary peri + TheCompany may terminate your employment agreement at any time without notice onthe grounds of gross misconduct, theft, breach of confidentiality, incompetence, negligence anel breach of contractual 53. Gratuity (End of service benefits) ‘+ Upon termination of this Agreement the Employve may be entiled toa gratuity in accontance with the provision of the Labor Law and company policy. For the avoidance of doubt, any gratuity shall be calculated with reference tothe Basic Salary only ‘onfiden ‘+ Atno time during or after employment with the Company, unless properly authorized to do so, should fan Employee use, disclose or permit the disclosure of Contidential Information for any purpose (commercial or otherwise) whether individually or in association with the third Party All Company information, records and files including those stored electronically, are the property of the ‘Company andl constitute confidential information. The Company's electronic communicated andi stored information and Company data on the Employers private owned devices such as computers, laptops, PDAs, cell phones and others, remains the property of the company. Access and management of ‘Company information on private owned devices shall be allowed to Company authorized personnel. The Employee will hold in strict confidence all confidential information, Non- Disclosure +The Employee is strictly prohibited from communicating with any person outside the Company about any current oF future activities or matter (which includes the identity of customers, prospective teustomers, and suppliers) not known to the public at large (‘Contidential Information’), whether during or after their employment with the Company. Social Media ‘+ NoEmployee, Brand, or Department shall build an online ste or social media page of any description, on bohalf of, oF representing Gourmet Gull, or any ofits brands. g f Private & Confidential Pagez gourmet gulf ‘# No Employees may speak on social media channels, on behalf of the Company, Employees are expected tospeak respectfully about the Company an not to engages written dialogue that will reflect neyatively fon the Company's reputation, They must not post/ share any information (whether personal opinion, fact and / or hearsay) which may have a detrimental and / or damaging effect on the Company's public image, performance or reputation. ‘+ Employees are required to use the internet ty with a sense of responsibility, Personal use i limitet to occasional use during the non-office hours and lunch breaks. Internet chatting using Gourmet Gulf ilies is not encouraged. ‘© Employees are legally liable for anything they write or present online, Employees can be disciplined by’ the Company for commentary, content, o image that are defamatoty, in bad taste, offensive, harassing, ‘oF liable to create a hostile work environment 7. Post-employment representations ‘+ Ater an employee ceases to be employed by the Group, they shall not represent to any third party that they are still employed by the Company or lead them to believe they are in any’ way still connected with the Company, and will nol make any derogatory remarks about the Company or any oftheir employees, officers, customers or suppliers. ‘+ Confidential Information cannot be released by the Employee without authorization.
