Garazon, this mplty Desk Officer: SPO2 Loreto R Perono Volume # 29 Series: 2014 Entry Number: 156882 Date and Time: 29 November 2014, 11:35 PM Brief Outline of Incident” Above-named complainant, 46 yrs old, married and resident of above-stated address, personally appeared this station and complained that her husband in the person of Rolando Panggo Y Claud, 47 yrs old, married, and resident of above-stated address, was shot at above-mentioned location, at about 10:00 PM, this date, while riding in tandem on HONDA XRM, colored black and white, with plate No. 2805-QT, driven by Rolly Gerullo Y Antolo, 30 yrs old, single resident of mentioned address, that when they were on the way going home, they allegedly tailed by a car with unidentified color and plate number, that overtook and blocked their way and suddenly the unidentified suspect alighted from the car, holding a unidentified firearm and grabbed their hand to let them away from the motorcycle and pulled the said victim, beside the road and shot his head, causing fatal gunshot wound and rushed to Binalbagan Infirmary, but declared DOA, by the attending Physician, while suspect fled away to unknown direction onboard same car.
