Try a different browser: If you’re having problems with a website, using a different browser may help-

Sometimes certain browsers do not support certain apps and websites. For example, if you are trying to
load a page in Firefox and it is giving you issues it may not be supported. Open another browser, such as
Google Chrome, and attempt to load the page again to see if it is supported by that browser.

Log out and then log in again: But first, make sure you remember your password: sometimes an
application or website is just being glitchy and not recognizing that you have logged in. Try to log out
and log back in and see if it was just a glitch or if there may be something wrong with the website such
as it being temporarily down.

Check your Wi-Fi signal: If the Wi-Fi is down, students will not be able to access the internet. Students
and teachers can check on their devices by clicking on the Wi-Fi symbol in the settings of their device to
see if they are connected to a network. If they are not connected, they may be able to connect by
logging in with a password to the network. If connected but issues are still persisting, then the signal
may not be strong enough. Moving away from other devices connected to the network can help.

Update the software: Sometimes a student may run into trouble opening an app or using a website
because the program is running on old software and needs to be updated. Updating the software is
quick and usually will resolve issues such as slowness, the app not opening, bugs/glitches etc.

Make sure hardware is plugged in: If a device such as headphones, a mouse, a keyboard, monitor etc.
isn’t working first make sure that it is properly plugged in to the right place and is turned on. If it isn’t,
plug it in and turn it on if applicable, if it is, un-plug it and re-plug it.
