To whom it may concern:

I have recently received my X-Ray certification and my basic life support certification from

Coconino Community College. I have taken several health related courses before I received my

certifications; which in result made me very knowledgeable on the human body. During my

educational stage, I have shadowed many health professions ranging from athletic trainers to

radioimaging specialists. I am familiar with what is needed within a clinical setting and I know

my personality and skills will mesh right in.

● During my shadowing experiences I have learned how to communicate efficiently with

all kinds of patients with different types of backgrounds. I have also matured my

communication skills with peers which is important to reach our goal as an organization.

● Due to being a first generation Mexican-American, I have made my fellow ethnic peers

and patients feel more comfortable in a setting where their knowledge may be minimal. I

am bilingual in English and Spanish with a minimal understanding of French. These

skills have allowed me to successfully make several people calm and relaxed.

● Being in a healthcare setting, I am devoted to keep learning as I progress through the

organization. I am sure I will encounter some challenges but I will not let them hinder my

learning experience. New procedures and protocols are constantly being placed in

healthcare and I will make it my personal goal to learn and comply with them as they

come.

● I am committed to keep my patients safe and comfortable as well as myself. Patient

safety in a radiography clinic is crucial to the success of the organization.

● Overall, my customer service skills have been enhanced throughout my experiences

beyond what I could have imagined. I am a people person with a goal to reach out to

those who may not understand what they are being told.
Thank you for the opportunity that has been presented to me. I am looking forward to being part

of the Northern Arizona Healthcare team. Again my contact information is as follows:
