Look at the picture I can see they are both about the activities to benefit for the

I see a woman who is doing yoga. And may be she iss in the beach. She is waering
yoga suit. she is doing some movement in yoga and she is holding her body very
well. Look at hẻ face, I can feeling she is feeling comfortable and relax with yoga.
The weather is very nice with blue sky
 I think activities are very benefit to the heath
 . it iss a good way to keep fit and improve physical heath

2.while are doing weights lifting at the gym. Because I can see around him there
are a lot of modern equipment to do excericse such as weights, bicycles... She
looks strong and energetic.
In my opinion, lifting weights is vẻry good it help build muscle, burn body fat,
reduce injury risk, and improve heart health.
