I have realised that by chatting with my friends on zoom can’t replace the face-to-face

communication. I also missed my friends and missed going out to a café or shopping. Moreover, I
realised that I can easily cook different meals and eat healthier. So, I improved my eating habits by
not skipping breakfast, keeping healthy snacks on hand and watching my portions. I also discovered
how essential is to spend quality time with my family. So, every evening I spent with them playing
board games, reading books and watching films. Finally, I discovered new genres of music.
