AFFIDAVIT OF DESISTANCE

I, ROMEO TURLA, Filipino, of legal age, and resident of

Balintocatoc, Santiago City, Philippines, after having been duly
sworn to in accordance to law hereby depose and states, THAT-

1. I am the representative for private complainant FREDEX

MOTORS NETWORK., for the felony of Qualified Theft
against accused GLENN TAYAG in the case entitled “People
of the Philippines vs. Glenn Tayag”, Criminal Case No. 36-
9782, pending hearing at the Regional Trial Court, Branch
36, Santiago City;

2. After my sober and soul searching assessment and analysis

of the incident, I have come to realized that accused Glenn
Tayag did not have the slightest intention to rob or steal the
motorcycle that the company had issued to him. On the
contrary, the company and Mr. Glenn Tayag had an
understanding that Mr. Tayag would just pay the value of
the motorcycle which the latter did that leaves him a
balance of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (Php10,000.00). As of
October 20, 2020 the said amount is now fully paid;

3. Since I do not have then the exact payments made by Mr.

Glenn Tayag, I pursued him but only to find out that only a
miniscule amount had left before Mr. Tayag finishes full
 payment of the motorcycle and as of October 20, 2020, Mr.
Tayag paid in full the said Motorcycle. In fairness to him,
with the previous consent of private complainant, I am
permanently withdrawing the complaint against him.
Further clear him of whatever responsibility or liability to
us;

4. I hereby inform the Santiago City Prosecutor Office that I

am now withdrawing my complaint for Qualified Theft in
Criminal Case No. 36-9782 entitled “People of the
Philippines vs. Glenn Tayag”,  Regional Trial Court, Branch
36, Santiago City and now dissociate myself as witness for
the government;

5. I likewise request the Honorable Regional Trial Court,

Branch 36, Santiago City to dismiss the said criminal case
with prejudice.
 
 
        IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I hereby set my hand this ____ day
