THIS DEED OF GIFT is made this 17th day of August, 2020 BETWEEN Shri
Nagappa s/o Murthi aged about 69 years, Occupation Business, resident of no. 80, 4th Avenue,
Hubble road Bangalore: 55(hereinafter called the “Donor”) of the one part AND Shri Vivek s/o
Vinod aged about 33 years, Occupation Game designer, resident of 3 rd Hosur main road
Bangalore:67 (hereinafter called the “Donee”) of the other part.
WHEREAS the said donor is the absolute owner in possession of the
House,tenentments hereinafter more specifically described in the schedule hereto.

AND WHEREAS, the said Shri Nagappa is the donor’s cousin living with the donor
since the age of seven years and the said donor has great love and affection to dispose the said
House in the manner hereinafter appearing.

NOW THIS DEED OF GIFT WITNESSES that in pursuance of the said indication and
inconsideration of natural love and affection which the said donor has for the donee, the said
donorout of his own free will, without fraud, coercion or undue influence from anybody
whatsoever and in full possession of his senses does hereby give, convey, grant, transfer and
conform on the said donee the double storied house measuring 3500 sqft. House and all
privileges, profits, advantages and all other amenities whatsoever; TO HAVE AND HOLD the
tenements and the House hereby gifted on to and to these of the said donee for ever and
Absolutely.
AND THAT THE SAIDAND THAT THE SAID DONEE shall and may from time
to time and at all times peacefully and quietly enter upon, have, hold, occupy, possess and enjoy
the property hereby gifted and receive and take the rents, issues and profits thereof and every
part thereof without any let or hindrance whatsoever from the said donor or by any person or
persons claiming from underor interested of him

in the city of Bangalore having an approximate value of Rupees 1,28,00,0000 only (Rs. One
crore Twenty eight Lakhs only)
(2) The landed property bearing RS No. 674 of Kudlu village, in Taluka Anekal District
Bangalore measuring about 2.3 acres and 3.5 gunthas and is surrounded by following
boundaries:
towards East : 678sq.ft from ring road
towards West : 460 sq.ft from Ramakka property
towards North : 200sq.ft from Rajiv property
towards South : 800sq.ft from Nidhi Complex
