The main feature of this contro! panel is its distributed system, consisting of a main control board (TC1) located in the control panel, and several additional boards located in the car (TC2, COT-01) and landings (TC3). The boards are joined through a bus, which provides significant advantages ~ Reduction in the number of signalling wires to the installation. With a4 wires bus for the shaft as well as for the car, all signalling may be controlled independently from the number of floors and signal type (up and down lights, hall lanterns, ete.) - Flexibility. It allows new functions to be incorporated, special boards may be designed which would be connected to the bus anywhere in the installation. The programming allows the user to cover the basic characteristics of any elevator (number of stops, type of doors, etc) as well as, the possible peculiarities of a certain installation (through car, screen overlapping, car door delay, non-consecutive floors on the position display, ete.), all is done through 3 keys and LCD display incorporated in the main control board (TC!) BASIC FUNCTION: tics of the ALJOTRONIC CONTROL 2 control panels are the following: TYPE OF CONTROL PANELS - Universal - Selective down - Selective up and down NUMBER OF LEVELS - Up to 30 levels MULTIPLEX - Up to quadruplex CAR DOOR OPERATORS - Single — phase - Three - phase - V3F (always for SKM motor room lifis) ENTRANCES - Front only entrance. - Through car MOTOR - 1 Speed -2 Speeds - Hydraulic - VVVF with encoder (always for SKM motor room lifts) up to 1,6 m/se ‘TYPE OF DOORS Car - landing - No door - manual (not ready) - Manual - manual (not ready) - Automatic - manual - Automatic - automatic RETIRING CAM - Electric = Mechanic ADVANCE OPENING (not ready) - For hydraulic and V3F lifts RELEVELLING ~ Levelling for hydraulic lifts with open doors _EPHONE SYSTEM - With internal or external system TEMPERATURE SENSOR - When the temperature in the machine room is higher than 60°C, the system will Stop. If the elevator is travelling, it will stop at a floor and it will remain stopped until the temperature is lower than 60°C, RETIRING CAM & BRAKE VOLTAGE (ELECTRIC ELEVATORS), RETIRING CAM & VALVES (HYDRAULIC ELEVATORS) - The voltage can be selected between 48 & 190Vde. With electric elevators, the retiting cam voltage (when it is electric) and the brake voltage, must have the same voltage. With hydraulic elevators, the retiring cam voltage (when it is electric) and the valves (when they are of DC voltage), must have the same voltage. CAR AND LANDING CALLS = Pushbuttons 24v. POSITION INDICATOR ~ It may be dot matrix or 7 segments and they may be mixed in the same installation. ~ It may be consecutive or non-consecutive (the display must be programmed floor by floor), PROGRAMMING AND INSPECTION ~ By means of push buttons and LCD incorporated in the main control board (TC1) VISUALIZATION OF FAILURES ON LCD DISPLAY ON TCL ouTPUT - Occupied light - Directional arrows (up, down) ~- Hall lanterns - Overload light + Automatic control of car light - Position indicator INPUT ~ Overload ~ 80% load - No load - Pushbutton open doors - Pushbutton close doors ~ Car preference ~ Firemen service -Photocell - Microinverter INDICATORS ON MAIN BOARD TC1 of tip (only with hydraulic elevators), joprobe (only with hydraulic LED: safety line, door contacts, lock contacts, upper e P ‘ato (only with hydraulic elevators), CPU check, th clevators), upper and lower photodetector, change of speed switches (up and down), 3 Vee power supply. LCD display (2x16 digits): indicates elevator state (run / stop / inspection / correction failures) TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE CONTROL PANEL, [Luminous output Output voltage: 24 Vde Maximum power: 50 mA. Car and corridor push | Voltage: 24 Vac buttons Electronic control borrad [Power rating: 230 Vea + 10% SOblz - 60Hz Secondary power supply: 24 Vde # 20% Normal function consumption 14W. * PIRE SERVICE The fire service key must be located on the lobby and may be programmed in the control panel. Once the fire service switch has been turned on, the elevator will proceed as follows. - THE LIFT WILL GO TO THE LOBBY Jfon its way, the lift has to pass through the lobby, all the calls will be cancelled and it will stop at the lobby. If the lift does not pass through the lobby, all the calls will be cancelled and it will stop at the nearest stop folowing its direction, and, without opening doors, the lift will travel to the lobby. |- THE LIFT WILL NOT ADMIT CALLS. Once the lift arrives at the lobby, it will not admit calls. “) |* CAR PREFERENCE in the case of the car with a Car preference key switch, it will only admit calls coming from the car when it is activated. 3.- DESCRIPTION ‘The control panel is composed of elements described below. These elements vary. depending on the characteristics of the panel. (See drawings of arrangements of control panel components.) 3.1.- MAIN CONTROL BOARD (TC1) lecceer feu TLE 1} fea lel ay 10 3.1.1.
