MODULE 1 LEARNINGS –
Module 1 is all about culture dimensions. The instructor has focused on six Hofstede Cultural
Dimensions. Through this method, I was able to understand how to analytically compare the
cultures of different countries. This model gives us insights for adapting management styles
to better fit with a specific culture and culture plays a great role in different countries.

MODULE 2 LEARNINGS –
The second module was all about how labour laws and regulations vary round the world,
challenges faced in IHRM as compared to domestic HRM, the staffing strategies used for
global operations (ethnocentric staffing, polycentric staffing, regiocentric staffing and
geocentric staffing) and candidate evaluation criteria.

MODULE 3 LEARNINGS –
In module 3, the instructor focused on International 4Ps – Product, Promotion, Price and
Place. Questions like when should we engage in international business, how should we
engage in international business, what marketing strategies should be employed, who is our
target market were covered in this module.

MODULE 4 LEARNINGS –
Module 4 is all about B2B Marketing. How B2B marketing is different from B2C marketing.
For a successful international B2B marketing the best strategy is to adapt to local conditions,
localizing all the content, creating a local website and engaging with the local people. Also
international firms should devote B2B marketing efforts on finding ways to add value for
customers through the SAVE Model.
