Case Answers

Answer 1: By reading the case and putting myself to the role of the product manager my gut
feeling would not satisfying. Yeah may be for the decision what I made would give me more
profits. By after seeing the scenario of that family who are making the toys it is actually heart
breaking though it is the hard reality of that nation.

Answer2: The supplier are giving me products in less pricing with maintaining the accurate
quality of my previous supplier. For this reason it is ok to work with Thai supplier. But the
process with what the way they are making the toys is not ok. Because children are doing work
at what ages they were about to study or play. Yes it is true, to survive there is need of money.
May be for need of money that family is working with their kids.
