In addition to the daily survey report supplied to TESTCORP, a quality control and quality assurance
meeting shall be held every 3 days of survey for onshore and offshore routes.

The meeting shall comprise the survey party chief, TESTCORP representative and the survey vessel
master.

The party chief shall present a brief summary of operations. The master of the vessel shall also provide a
brief report on the overall performance of the vessel and the entire crew.

All raw data acquired shall be discussed and analyzed with TESTCORP representative.

Where necessary, any amendments shall be discussed and deviations from the original scope of work
shall be documented and co-signed by the survey party chief and TESTCORP representative.
