Lincoln
Abraham
Lincoln
The focus of this project is Abraham
Lincoln as President.
Abraham Lincoln is perhaps the most
beloved President in United States history.
I want you to focus on him as the
President. While you are exploring facts
concerning President Lincoln, think about
all of the incredibly important decisions
he had to make. Specifically, the Civil
War, the ending of slavery, reunifying the
country and reconstruction. (These are big
concepts; don't worry we will work
together).
By the end of your research, I am sure
President Lincoln will impress you too!
Study Guide Instructions
You will research and find 5 major events from
Abraham Lincoln's life. You will watch videos and
complete some thrilling activities.
Hint: President Lincoln led a very complex and
eventful life. It is very possible to pick 5 events
from his life and not write about him when he
was President. So, be careful.
To help-- your research must include 3 events
from his Presidency (this means when he was
President- his assassination is part of his
Presidency).
