Major Project

The following should be presented in PowerPoint format for the Major Project review on October 24,
2018 at 9:00 am.

Introduction/Background to the problem

 Problem statement
 Aim/objectives
 Significance of project
 Literature Review (existing knowledge pertaining to your work)
 The project details, location, type of design, the extent of engineering work, sketches, structural
analysis (impact of various forces, counter measure, contours & elevation data acquisition)
 Research Design (the process that will ensure that the aim is achieved)

The time allotted to each group for presentation is 15 minutes and the presentation will be graded.

Additionally, Chapter 2 is due on Wednesday, October 24, 2018 at 9:00 am. Late submission of chapters
will result in a penalty.
