Task 1
1. Do you work similar hours to Todd Einck in his old job or his new job?
I work like Todd Einck in his new job. It starts at 7.30 a.m. and ends at 4 p.m
2. What does tell to his employess? Do you think he is right?
His fifteen employees have to leave work at 5.10 p., and no working at the weekend
or taking assignments home is also not allowed. Yes, I do. I think you have to go
home for rest, it is better for us to completely rest and have border between work and
home.
3. Could you do the same at your workplace? Why/Why not?
I wish I could but there is a possibility that I have to bring my work to home because
of time limit or maybe CEO really needs some document or reports about something,
Task 3: (Audio No. 10)
Nina : She made progress with 3 hours meeting, and she has to presents her findings at eleven
o’clock, so, She went early today to the office event though the meeting ended in midnight.
She want to use her last year holiday to take her kids camping tomorrow.
Florin : He is quite fine, but he doesn’t have any holiday left and have to accompany Anton
in sales team for golf.
Both of them have a slight differences work-life balance from this conversation. Nina maybe
had to overwork last year because she had 5 days holidays left from last year, so now she had
time for her kids, but her work quite packed so its har for her to have a good time this year
too. For Florin, he had an ideal time but uses all his holiday last year so he couldn’t get any
holiday this year. What I mean by ideal time, he didn’t work until midnight and actually
could enjoy his quality time with his girlfriend, that unfortunately, the girlfriend work late so
he spent his time alone, last night.

Task 6:
PICTURE 1:
Mike rides his bicycle to go to his office. It can be tiring for him but at the same time
ride a bike to his office can be enjoyable because he can see his surroundings. For him, to see
its surroundings from the car can be boring and he can stuck in the traffic.
PICTURE 2:
Joyce likes to go to the exhibition. For her, it feels relaxing to see all the objects and
read the meaning of each object. Other than that, she goes there to make her own work, there
are interesting objects that she always writes down its arts structure.
PICTURE 3:
Grace likes to rock climbing. It an exciting hobby for her, it increases her adrenaline
and fight her fear of something. It could be frightening for her because it’s a real rock and
cliff but, she is fine with that now. It contains a hard work and full of energy to finish the
height target so, she has to focused. But, once she finished it, she feels very happy and rock
climbing is an exhilarating activities.

Task 9:
1. I am interested in marketing field because I really like to make a content and enhance
the quality of product with its segmentation.
2. When burnout come, I am tired of making something that made me think too much.
3. I am excited about getting my master degree scholarship in South Korea.
4. My friend bored with her activities in editing so I take her ti be a volunteer to try new
things other that editing.
5. When things don’t go like it should, I feel sad and usually I get exhilarated by my cat
or my closest friend.
6. I am frightened of my own thoughts when I couldn’t achieve my targets or goals.
Task 10:
I want my dream job treat me like I am a human. What I mean by ‘a human’ are ideal work
hours, extra activities and the holiday that I would get. When I dream to have a startup or
work for multinasional startup company, for example, google or gojek, maybe 30 hours per
week. 15 hours in the office, 15 hours work from home. The type of the job that I want are
the one who could have communication with lots of people, making something (can be a
content or advertising) and dynamic. Other than that, I like to do volunteering, so, I am
interested in help people in need. Sometimes, I am tired of being too productive and reached
my burnout phase, so It would be ideal If I can get 10 of weeks holiday per year. The types of
holiday that I want are weekend and national holiday. But If I work at Gojek, I would get a
flexible working hours and make a commitment to keep my team goals on track on those
flexible hours.

1. Do you like studying in (Marketing Department)? Yes, I like it. From here, I know
how to think fast, adaptive and work in team . Other than that, I know the
administrative things such as accounting and correspondence from my college to
helps me work in a company or making content for advertising because I learn about
marketing, public relation, and entrepreneur.
2. Is this your first time in (South Korea)? M: Yes, it’s my first time out in South Korea.
I can’t believe I can get this opportunity after became a fresh graduate.
3. What sort of things do you like doing? M: Walking around the city and enjoy my
sunset time in Han River.
4. How is the accommodation? M: It’s fine and decent for me
5. How do you find the family? M: The family has been very nice and supportive with
my religion too. All of the family members are good at cooking and I love Korean
Food so, I am very happy to live with them.
