PETITION
Petitioner PEIRRE JEICKERT CAMACHO DANGANAN
(“JEICKERT”), through the undersigned counsel, unto this Honorable
Family Court of La Trinidad Benguet, most respectfully submits this
petition and in support thereof states:

1. Petitioner Jeickert is of legal age, Filipino citizen, married to herein


respondent and currently residing at AC 47 Central Ambiong, La
Trinidad, Benguet, c/o Camtugan and Partners Law Offices, 408
Mount Crest Hotel Legarda Road, Baguio City, Philippines where he
may be served with notices, orders and other processes of the
Honorable Court;
A copy of a Barangay Certification as to petitioner’s address is
attached as Annex “A.” Images of petitioners Tax Identification Card
(TIN) bearing number 294-293-405 and his professional Driver’s
License bearing No. A01-02-085688 showing his address above are
also attached as Annex “A-1” and Annex “A-2.” A map showing the
location of petitioner’s address is also attached as Annex “A-3”;

2. In compliance with the Resolution of the Supreme Court dated


October 2, 2018 in relation to Administrative Matter No. 02-11-10-SC,
the undersigned counsel on record attaches a sworn certification 1 that
he has personally verified petitioner’s residency at AC 47 Central
Ambiong, La Trinidad, Benguet. That he has been residing there for
at least six months prior to the filing of this petition;

3. Respondent SHERONETTE HILARIO TANO DANGANAN


(“Sheronette”), is likewise of legal age, Filipino, married to the
petitioner and a resident of AA-42 Central Ambiong La Trinidad
where she may be served with summons and other processes of the
Honorable Court;

4. Jeickert was born2 on April 7, 1983 to 30 years old Bugallion native


Pablito L. Danganan and 40 years old Bayambang native Jovita G.
Camacho;

5. Sheronette was born3 on January 30, 1991 to Susana A. Hilario and


Rogelio De los Santos Tano;

6. On December 22, 2008, petitioner and respondent filed their


application for marriage license4 before the Civil Registrar of La
Trinidad, Benguet;

7. On January 2, 2009, the Civil Registrar of La Trinidad, Benguet issued
a Marriage License5 with Registrar No. 2008-1164 for the parties to
contract a marriage;

On January 30, 2009, the 25 year old Jeickert and the 18 year old Sheronette
contracted their marriage at the Immaculate Conception Parish Ledesma
St., aurora Hill, Baguio City before the faith of Rev. Fr. Seraph M.
