Abstract — In India, most of the constructions are being used with concrete. Concrete is a widely used composite material
in any construction which is having high performance and durability in resisting the loads. Concrete is a mixture of
cement, fine and coarse aggregate, water and admixtures when use is required. The concrete can be of different types like
ordinary concrete, lightweight concrete, and reinforced concrete. In this research work, we are doing a conventional mix
design of M25 grade concrete containing demolished concrete aggregate and fly-ash. The demolished aggregates are well
polished before adding to the mix. The cement and fine aggregate particles can be removed so that we can utilize the
aggregate. The fly-ash is a partial replacement material to the cement which is not exceeding 28% of the cement content.
In this conventional mix, we are replacing a percentage of 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25% fly-ash to the M25 Grade mix
proportion. The casted cubes and moulds were cured for 7, 14, 28 days. Here we are casting cubes and beam moulds for
compression and flexural testing to evaluate the design strength parameters.
