Manage Communications

time as defined in the Communication Plan developed in the Planning Stage.
Purpose:
Communication is a fundamental way to manage stakeholder expectations
about how the project is progressing and to communicate who needs to be
doing what to the project team.

Control the project
Control Quality:
Controlling quality ensure that project deliverables and processes comply with
quality standards. Quality control and assurance activities work to eliminate the
causes of unsatisfactory results.
Purpose:
Managing quality helps prevent problems and deficiencies in project
deliverables. It also helps make project processes more efficient and effective.
