ANS- Audit of corporate strategy – HR professionals do not assume corporate strategy
rather they work on detrimental areas and attain success. Corporate strategy promotes
competitive advantages within any organization. Top management regulates the usage of
SWOT analysis and derives the methods of gaining advantage. HR is always affected when
the company stresses advanced marketing channels. Innovation, service or some other
approach.
The objective of conducting the audit of corporate strategies are as follows: -
1. Ensuring the effective utilization of the organization human resources.
2. Reviewing the compliance in relation to administration of the organization.
3. Maintaining or enhancing the organization and the departments reputation in the
community.
4. Establishing a baseline for future improvements for the function.
5. Performing due diligence review for shareholders or potential investors / owners.
6- Instilling a sense of confidence in management and the human resource’s function.

practices?
ANS - A workplace audit is a method of reviewing various policies and procedures within
human resources and other areas of an organization. The purpose of a workplace audit is to
identify areas that need improvement. The audit also helps employers remain complaint with
employment laws and regulations. Audits are typically performed in checklist fashion to
ensure that each audit covers key points that require attention.
The objective in conducting the audit of workplace, policies and practices are as follows: -

1. The objective of the workplace audit is to evaluate the effectiveness of the company
safety effort and make recommendations which lead to a reduction in accidents and
minimization of loss potential.
2. To find out the reason for low productivity and improve HRD strategies.
