Fio: Oh good, well Mrs. Valencia, we are Crystal Cruises, an American cruise located in Miami,
Florida, United States, and currently we are looking for a housekeeper. We have seen that you
have experience in this field of work. Could you tell me a little bit about your previous working
experience?

Evy:

Fio: We have carefully read your CV and I have seen you have a good educational background.
Could you tell me about your education in a few words?

Evy:

Fio: So, tell me …. Why would you like to join us?
