increase customer satisfaction.

Because the protocols will allow them to establish business relationships with
customers and suppliers, thus obtaining good behaviors and procedures, in terms
of dealing with customers, communication and other forms of interaction. Taking
these details into account can tip a balance in favor of a negotiation. Sometimes it
is not enough to have a good product or an innovative concept: it is essential to
show customers and suppliers that our business model is superior, through trust
and a firm leadership attitude.
