Next, limiting one car per owner can reduce environmental problem.

Cars
manufacturing creates as much carbon pollution as driving a car. The process of car
manufacturing consumes a lot of energy as production of materials like rubber, steel,
glass and plastic generates a large amount of carbon dioxide. According to Mike
Bernes-Lee and Duncan Clark, different specs of car creates different amount of
carbon dioxide. The carbon dioxide released causes negative impact to the
environment which will raise the global temperature by trapping solar energy in the
atmosphere and lead to global warming. It will also raises the sea level and affects the
agricultural industry indirectly due to the climate change. The pollutants released by
the manufacturing factories not only affect air quality but they also affect people’s
health. Hence, if less people buy cars, less cars will be manufactured causing less
pollution to occur.
