Recipes:

Veggie Pizza:

Ingredients:

 2 pkgs crescent rolls


o Bake 375 degrees for 10 min.

Mixture:

 2 (8 oz.) pkgs cream cheese softened


 2/3 cup mayo
 1-2 tsp. dill weed
 1 tsp. chopped green onion
 1.5 tsp onion powder
 1.5 tsp garlic powder

Oreo Salad:

Ingredients:

 2 boxes French Vanilla Pudding


 1 quart buttermilk
 1 large container cool whip
o Mix together and refrigerate
 Add 1 pkg or less of crushed oreos

Impossible Ham n’ Swiss Pie:

Ingredients:

 2 cups cut-up fully cooked smoked ham


 1 cup shredded natural swiss cheese (about 4 oz.)
 1/3 cup chopped green oinions or chopped onion
 4 eggs
 2 cups milk
 1 cup Bisquick baking mix
 ¼ tsp. salt
 1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Heat oven to 400*. Grease pie plate, 10x1.5 inches. Sprinkle ham, cheese, and onions in
plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with
hand beater. Pour into plate. Bake until golden brown and knife inserted in center come out
clean, 35-40 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. 6 Servings.

Rommegrot:

Ingredients:

 1 cup butter
 1 cup flour
 2 cups half-and-half
 1 cup whole milk
 ¼ cup sugar
 ¼ tsp. salt

Directions:

Melt butter in large microwave safe bowl. Stir in flour with wire whisk. Cook until mixture
bubbles: cook 30 seconds longer. Heat Half and Half and milk together, slowly add to flour
mixture. Stir with wire whisk while mixing. Return to microwave until mixture begins to boil,
about 2 minutes. Remove from microwave, stir in sugar and salt. Microwave 30 seconds
longer. Add more hot milk if necessary to reach desired consistency. Serve with warm melted
butter, cinnamon and sugar, if desired. 16 servings.

Spinach Lasagna:

Ingredients:

 1 lb. Ricotta or Cottage cheese


 1.5 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
 1 egg-beaten
 1 10 oz. pkg. frozen chipped spinach (thaw and drain)
 ½ tsp. salt
 ¾ tsp oregano
 1/8 tsp. pepper
 1 jar 26-32 oz. Alfredo Pasta Sauce
 1 pkg. lasagna noodles/9 noodles (do not cook)
 1 cup water

Directions:
Mix cheese (ricotta), 1 cup moz. Cheese, egg, spinach, salt, oregano and pepper.
Spray/grease 9x13 pan. Layer ½ cup sauce, 3 noodles, ½ cheese/spinach mix, repeat. Top
with remaining noodles and remaining sauce. Add ½ cup mozzarella on top. Pour 1 cup of
water around the edge before baking. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 for one hour and 15
minutes. Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.

Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients:

 4 cups or more chicken chunks (boiled and pulled apart)


 1 cup chopped green chiles
 2 pints sour cream
 1 large onion (chopped)
 1 can cream of chicken soup
 2 cups grated monterrey jack cheese
 12 flour tortillas

Directions:

Saute onion and chiles in ¼ cup margarine. Add sour cream and soup. Soften tortillas and fill
each tortilla with chicken chunks and at least 2 tsp sauce. Then roll up. Place ½ cup sauce in
greased 9x13 pan- put rolled up tortillas in pan side by side. Pour rest of sauce over-sprinkle
cheese on top-cover with foil and bake at 350*-for 30 minutes or until bubbly.

Serve with chopped tomatoes, lettuce, black olives and chips. Enjoy!
