CONTINGENCY PLAN

Consider what might go wrong on each shoot and plan a back-up plan to
counteract it.

Location All of my locations are the same so it will be the same potential
problems.

Issue How to combat the issue Who is responsible

I will charge the batteries each night Camera Operator-
Camera dies before shooting so the battery wont Holly
die. I have a backup battery so if the
first one dies, I can swap it over

I will only move the armature a small Director-Holly

If I move the armature too amount each time and if I move it too
much far I can refer back to the last shot on
my camera and out it back

I will clear the SD card before Camera Operator -

Run out of storage on the shooting. I will upload all the photos Holly
SD Card to Final Cut Pro at the end of each
day. That way if I run out of storage
than I can delete it off the SD card and
it will still be saved.
I am moving the weakest parts the Production
Armature brakes least so as to not snap the wire. I have Coordinator -Holly
reinforced the armature base so that Lambert
this issue doesn’t happen.

I have secured each set and prop with Art Department –

Sets Brakes superglue. This will stop it from Holly Lambert
braking. If it does brake than I will
glue it back together.
