Your System Administrator must entitle you to each payment type and the Debit/Credit accounts from/to which you are making payments. You also need the
Maintain and Authorise Restricted templates entitlement (under Authorising transactions entitlement) which allows you to create, maintain and authorise
Restricted templates.

Access the Create Payment Template tool on the Payments tab.

• In the Debit/credit account field, select a debit account from which the
funds are to be paid. Alternately, select a credit account if the instruction is

Search to locate it from the Account Search page.
• Use the Maintain favourite accounts feature to add an account to the
account drop-down list.
• Click Create Payment template to open the Create new template form of
the selected payment type.
