Training and Essential


qualifications • A good education to A-level standard, NVQ in Business and
Administration Level I/II or substantial relevant
experience.

Knowledge and Essential


experience • Experience of scheduling complex external training or
events on a nationwide basis;
• Ability to enter data quickly and accurately;
• Experience of office administration;
• Experience of supporting the organisation of events;
• Experience of working with professionals and/or
volunteers at various levels.

Desirable
• Experience of working with academics and/or health
professionals at various levels;
• Experience of using online learning platforms and
databases, in particular Blackboard Ultra and Zoho.

Skills Essential
• Excellent organisational skills;
• Ability to manage databases;
• Excellent attention to detail;
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Excellent written and verbal communication;
• Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
and Excel);
