Ibagué, I currently live in the municipality of Rovira, a psychology student at the
National Open and Distance University (UNAD), I work in generating opportunities
for resource farmers in agriculture and how to sell the products they take from their
lands, and my goals as a professional is to complete my career and be able to
exercise my knowledge in a company, also specialize and obtain more knowledge

2.4. Why is “verbal communication” important, according to the speaker?
Verbal communication encompasses both how to deliver messages and how to
receive them. This is effective when a message is transmitted and the receiver
gives credibility to the sender. Great speakers get listeners to accept their thoughts
as their own.
So when you enter the interview, you can always use your body language and non-
verbal communication. Whether or not English is your first language, you can
smile, you can look into your eyes, you can nod when you already know, when the
interviewer is asking you the question.
