This letter is to strongly recommend Kyle Gorham, as a candidate for Assistant Principal. Kyle
Gorham has worked at Westminster High School for the past 2 years. Mr. Gorham has served
as our Athletic Director during that time and he has impressed me with many qualities that will
benefit him as an administrator.

In all facets on campus, Kyle works tirelessly to implement well-formulated goals and objectives
to develop programs that display tremendous improvement every year. His organizational skills
are effective for selecting appropriate skill and performance objectives for each coach and
program. His work ethic displays a personal demand of thorough preparation and excellence.

Kyle’s greatest attribute is his relationships with his coaches and student athletes. He has built
strong relationships with his coaching staff that in turn positively impact our student-athletes.
His impact and relationships are not limited to coaches, his caring approach recognizes the
self-worth of each child in our athletic department.

Kyle’s professional commitment is evident by his willingness to seek out, and accept,
constructive criticism as well as thoughtful suggestions from his superiors and other educators.
Mr. Gorham strives to improve as an administrator by keeping well informed of current
educational developments. Kyle’s communication with parents is exemplary, as he ensures that
all families are constantly informed of expectations as well as schedule changes and his prompt
return of calls, through the use of phone or email, keeps open lines of positive interaction which
is proactive rather than reactive. Above all, Kyle Gorham maintains high standards of ethics,
honesty, and integrity in all professional and personal matters.
