Please accept this letter of recommendation for Kyle Gorham. Kyle has been the Athletic
Director at Westminster High School for the past 2 years. During this time our student-athletes
have strived in competition and the classroom. He has done this through developing
relationships with coaches and students.

Kyle relates well to his coaches, having spent close to 20 years as a coach himself. This
experience allows him to advise, guide, and develop our coaches to lead programs that have
the best interest of students. His energy and communication skills are beneficial in his role and
no doubt will serve him well in his role as a future administrator. He consistently conducts
himself in a professional manner with students and other staff members.

Kyle also highly conscious of his own commitment to being a lifelong learner. He proactively
seeks advice and constructive criticism regarding his leadership and interactions with students,
and coaches demonstrating the reflective nature so vital to the success of today’s
administrators.
