To Whom It May Concern:

It is with great pleasure that I write this letter of recommendation for Kyle Gorham. Kyle
has been an asset to our school in his short time as Athletic Director. I am a Math
Teacher and Head Football Coach at Westminster High School and I have had the
pleasure of working with Kyle for the past two years.

As the Athletic Director, Kyle not only demonstrates all the qualities of a highly effective
administrator, but is also an advocate for student athletes and an effective leader. He is
able to clearly communicate school culture, academic and athletic expectations to his
coaches. He is always available to, as he calls it “talk shop.” Speaking for the coaches,
these casual meetings build relationships and, speaking for myself, make me a better
teacher/coach.

I have been involved at Westminster High School as a student-athlete and now an

educator. I can say unequivocally, Kyle has done an amazing job at getting to know the
athletes at the school. He can be seen on the sideline of every Football game,
Basketball game, and the 24 other sports on campus. He is always interacting with our
athletes and stays up to date with the achievements of all. This is a rare attribute for
Athletic Directors.

It is without hesitation that I recommend Kyle Gorham for an administrative position in

your district. He is flexible, dedicated, professional, and a hard-working individual.
