INTRODUCTION

This acitivity will focus about the different characteristics of male and female

when it comes to their personalities it includes their beliefs, and values in their lives that

can affect the society and their lifestyle. It can also affect the things they do at school,

church and workpalce. Some scholars and commentators are uncomfortable with such

a biological account of human behaviour, however, which they feel underestimates the

influence of the social and cultural forces that shape who we are and how we behave.

Men and women must realize their respective equal roles and strive to

complement each other in their shared struggle to improve life. In order to correct the

abuse of male dominance, men must concentrate on using their dominant qualities for

the good. They must use their strength to protect and preserve the feminine character,

helping women realize their true potential in revealing  Guidliness, which the world so

desperately needs today.

According to (Rachael Rettner, 2013) If men and women at times seem to

be from different planets, it may be because there are large differences in their

personalities, a new study suggests.

The results show that about 18 percent of women share similar personalities with

men, and 18 percent of men share similar personalities with women. But the majority of

women have personality traits,  that are quite distinct from those of men, and vice versa,

the researchers say.

CONCLUSION

Therefore, we conclude that we individuals has diverse beliefs and perspectives

about what is right or wrong. It depends on people on how they see and accept these

norms. In different institutions within the society including the school, church and
workplace there's always a behavioural standard, rules or even policy that we must

abide.

we can also conclude that different institution has their set of rules and regulation

that must be followed by people who are under their supervisions and we should obey

whatever the institution has. Differences that every intitutions have is for sure for

individuals safety and comfort and we must follow that rules even it is different from

what we know already because respect for others despite the differences are something

that cannot be earned.

A philosopher says “We are all different, which is great because we are all

unique. Without diversity life would be very boring.
