How to Make Lemonade:


All you need to make this recipe is a great lemon juicer, a saucepan and a pitcher.
1. Simmer 1 cup water and 1 ½ cups sugar to dissolve the sugar. Cool to room temperature and
chill.

Jack and the beanstalk
Once upon a time there was a boy called Jack. He lived with his mother. They were very poor. All they had was a
cow. One morning, Jack’s mother told Jack to take their cow to market and sell her. On the way, Jack met a man. He gave
Jack some magic beans for the cow. Jack took the beans and went back home. When Jack’s mother saw the beans she was
very angry. She threw the beans out of the window. The next morning, Jack looked out of the window. There was a giant
beanstalk. He went outside and started to climb the beanstalk. He climbed up to the sky through the clouds. Jack saw a
beautiful castle. He went inside. Jack heard a voice. ‘Fee, fi, fo, fum!’ Jack ran into a cupboard. An enormous giant came
into the room and sat down. On the table there was a hen and a golden harp. ‘Lay!’ said the giant. The hen laid an egg. It

Malin Kundang
Once upon a time, there were mother and her young son, namely Malin Kundang, lived in difficult life. They hanged
life with something given by the nature. They took woods from the forest and sold them to buy their food. It was not enough to
fulfill their daily need normaly. They ate food whatever there was, they wore clothes whatever there was. They were very poor.
            One day, Malin Kundang asked for permission to her mother to work. He want to change their life. “Mother, let me go
to get work, so we can live in better life. I will come back soon” said Malin Kundang. “Of course, my Dear. May God bless
you!” answered his mother.
            Malin Kundang went away to try his luck in a big ship. His poor life motivated him to be a good employee. He was
very diligent and made his career increased as fast as possible, until he became a rich man. The merchant of a big ship
interested in him and wanted him to marry his daughter. Malin Kundang agreed because she was very beautiful.
            After Malin Kundang married, one day, his wife invited him to see his mother land. Malin agreed with her. Their ship
anchored near the harbor of West Sumatra. Everybody heard their coming. The dweller told about it. “ Malin come back!
Malin come back! He is a rich man now!” they shouted.
            Malin Kundang’s mother came to the harbor and found Malin Kundang with his wife. “ Malin! Welcome to your
village!” said his mother. Malin Kundang ashamed to his wife when he saw his mother in a bad clothes. He always said to his
wife that he was a son of a rich man.
            “ I am your mother, Malin. You don’t remember me, do you?” said his mother more.
            “ Go away! I have no mother like you!” shouted Malin Kundang. Malin Kundang’s mother was very sad. She was in
believe and un-believe that the man on the ship is his son. She said to God to make sure about it. “ God if he is not my son,
forgive me that I have felt he is my son, but if he is my son, you are the Justest King”.
            In a short time, the sky became dark, the thunder rumbled. No light then after the last thundering sound. After
everything in normal condition, there was a big stone of Malin Kundang and his ship.

Robots
The word robot comes from the Czech word Robota which means labour or work. A robot is known as a machine
that does the work of a human being.
Robots are usually used to do repetitive work which requires high precision. For instance, robots are used to
produce cars. Later, robots may also perform surgical operations on humans. A computer could direct the procedure
with excellent precision. Meanwhile, human surgeons could control the progress by monitoring the operation on a
large video screen.
Soon, robots may also do household chores, such as sweeping and mopping. Robots may also be designed to do

Grasshopper
Grasshoppers are insects. People also call them short-horned grasshopper because they do not have any nose. We can
find about 10,000 different species in many different parts of the world.
Like most insects, they lay eggs. Once the eggs hatch, they change into nymphs. They look like little adults, but don't
have any wings and reproductive organs. The outer layer of their body will get harder when they grow older. Grasshoppers'
colours are mostly green, brown, or olive-green.
A grasshopper's body is covered by a hard exoskeleton. It consists of the head, thorax, and abdomen. Grasshoppers
have a series of holes located along the side of the body. They are called spiracles. Spiracles help grasshoppers to breathe.
Grasshoppers are able to hop, walk, and fly. They hop with their long hind legs. They use their short front legs to
grasp their prey and to walk. When grasshoppers rub their back legs together, they will make noise.
Grasshoppers eat plants. In the ecosystem, their predators include birds, insects, and reptiles. Grasshoppers' eggs are
