PURPOSIVE COMMUNICATION
Having to form an institution, organization, or even the most
superficial group, it is vital to set goals for it to be progressive.
The mission, vision, and attitude set serve as a parameter on
how this group will function as a whole. As an individual
potential member of a certain, it is essential to commit to my
group's vision and mission to achieve the success that we are
rooting for. This mentality goes for groups like community
organizations, institutions, and companies.

For a teaching institution like CUP, it is good to set a constant

goal or a mission for the flow of work to be organized, and
members will know what to do to be proficient. That's why the
school's mission talks about the institution being competent,
minding the welfare of their market (students), having values,
and taking on environmental actions applied in the attitude of
the workers. Lastly, a reachable "what I want to be in 10 years"
or the vision that can guarantee the institution that they have
been doing their very best by attaining that vision.
